Spirits of Bronte Drinks Company’s Yorkshire Lass’ Gin has a citrus kick with a smooth, easy-going finish, just like us Yorkshire folk! It will now be distilled, bottled, and labelled locally in Keighley, West Yorkshire, using Royal Spring water from the Haworth moors which the Bronte sister would probably have drunk!
Nose – citrus with high notes of juniper
Palate – perfect balance of citrus from lemon & orange vs sweet from liquorice & cassia bark
Finish – smooth and easy going
It tastes so good you can served neat over ice with a wedge of frozen orange, or a premium tonic of your choice.
